Data ownership and planned export
BrewLogs treats kombucha production records as brewery-owned operational data. Self-serve export is coming soon; until then, export questions should go through support.
Production records belong in a portable system
Batch history, pH logs, gravity readings, recipes, flavor batches, and notes are operational records. BrewLogs keeps those records structured in the app today so they can be reviewed by your team and prepared for export as the export workflow is built.
Coming soon: self-serve export
BrewLogs does not currently offer a self-serve export center. The planned export workflow should let breweries request or download production records more directly once it is available.
Support-assisted data requests today
Until self-serve export ships, breweries with data-access questions should contact the configured support channel. Support-assisted requests are separate from routine backup operations and may require administrative handling.

Frequently asked questions
Can I export my BrewLogs data today?
Not through a self-serve export center yet. Self-serve export is coming soon; current data-access requests should be routed through support.
Will export replace my spreadsheets?
Planned export will help with portability and record review, but BrewLogs already helps by keeping batch, fermentation, recipe, and flavor records structured before an export is needed.
